Tesla Powerwall is our most recommended solution, consisting of a 13.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, liquid thermal control system, an integrated inverter that can charge/discharge continuously up to 5kW and software that intelligently dispatches electricity when it’s needed most. Increase self-consumption of solar power generation

Powerwall can store surplus Solar energy during daylight hours and use that energy later in the evening when the sun is not shining. To support this, it can be fitted internally or externally due to it’s excellent weatherproofed housing.

Time of use/load shifting

Powerwall can use your suppliers grid during low tariff rate periods when demand for electricity is lower (typically overnight) then switch to your stored battery power during the more expensive tariff periods when electricity demand is higher (typically daytime and evening)

Back-up power

Increasingly adverse weather conditions in the UK mean that grid power outages are becoming more frequent. Powerwalls’ Backup Gateway can provide power to your home or selected circuits if the grid is down. Backup Gateway will also ensure your Solar PV system continues to generate energy during a daylight power cut.
